A large number of Business Change projects and pathway development areas were identified from the service redesign work as well as the work to develop the new hospital and new community facilities.  We need to make sure that the potential projects has captured all of the things that need doing, is the best way to group the work and maximise the benefits of the work already going on.

As you will appreciate, a lot needs to be done and put in place before the new hospital and community facilities can be operend, but some things need to be done earlier than others.  This is a change to help set the agenda and make sure we are doing the first things first.  Once the priorities for action have been agreed we will be able to pull together a longer term plan that will get us from where we are now to where we need to be in the future.

Each project will be different and have individual requirements but we are intending to take a systematic approach to the development of the project work. This will aim to support and enable the widest range of engagement with people on the ground as well as appropriate use of groups, mechanisms, external support and expertise.

BSCP Overview Reports

Each BSCP is required to submit an Overview Report to the Programme Office on a monthly basis to provide the Service Transformation Programme Team and Programme Board with an update on progress against plan.

We intend to provide regular updates as we get on with the work via the Momentum website.
